As soon as your device suffers any type of liquid damage it is important that you bring it in as soon as possible – damage can worsen if not attended to immediately. We’re really good at these repairs and often help customers get their device working enough to get all their data back, but this does take time. A formal assessment report for insurance purposes will be charged at P150.00 for mobile devices. If you then give us the go-ahead to fix the device this fee will be deducted from your invoice amount.

Our operations run from 09:00 to 18:00 Weekdays, 09:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays and CLOSED on Sundays. Nonetheless, you can Book in your device online at any time 24/7 and we’ll attend it as soon as possible.

Liquid treatment is not guaranteed as sometimes the motherboard gets badly damaged. It is import to book-in your device online as soon as possible.

We are proudly Botswana and we aim to perfect our aim for better customer experience within our boarders, but this does not stop us from extending the gesture upon request. Please note shipping outside Botswana comes with extra costs. Send us an email.

Yes. But be careful with this. If the parcel gets delivered to your office’s front desk, or the security gate – it is still confirmed and delivered. We will get confirmation of delivery and with that it’s out of our hands and hopefully into yours.

In this case, make sure you add some detail in the address comments section (your telephone extension, for example) so your reception can contact you. It is your responsibility that the information provided is correct and accurate.

Please note that we do not, under any circumstance, ship to P O boxes. So, please avoid delays and enter a valid delivery address right away. 

While we are more than happy for you to visit our online store for convenience, we do suggest that if you have a question, comment, change of heart or faulty unit, send us an email to sales@sebelemobiles.com or repairs@sebelemobiles.com and we will gladly get back to you as soon as possible. Yes all orders within Gaborone are free. All countrywide deliveries over P1,500 are also free. The general shipping charge for orders less than P1,500 is P80 countrywide. You may get Free Shipping coupons from time to time. 

Email our sales department. If you really want to return the product and it is sealed and in original condition be sure to do so within 5 days of receipt of the item at the delivery address. You will be requested to supply your order number, the name of the product you are returning, and any relevant details. We will respond with a return authorization. Know that return freight will be at your expense. After 5 days, we will not be able to accept any returns.

Ideally we would like to have your product delivered within 1 – 4 hours. But this is not always possible. We do try give rough guidelines on our website and we largely aim to get you your valuables in 1 – 2 working days. It may take longer depending on any third party delays and weekends. We will keep you up to date should there be any delays.

If you are unsure of anything, get hold of our customer service team at sales@sebelemobiles.com. Our staff can help you with your ordering questions, they can help you with costs, your account, and any product queries. 

It is very important you inspect your stock before you let the courier leave. If the packaging is damaged, make a clear note on the delivery form and let us know at sales@sebelemobiles.com.

At this point you can open up the packaging to see what state your valued buy is in. If all is good, keep it. If it is dodgy let us know and we will arrange for it to be collected.

At the point of delivery if you are seriously unhappy with the delivery, do not accept it and rather have it sent back to us with the courier but please inform us so we are prepared.

Firstly, make sure you have followed the instructions, entered the battery correctly, charged the device or lugged it in correctly. If that fails, contact us. Have all your documents ready and we will work through the returns/ exchange process.
